Grade Level Intervention

A structured third-grade reading program specifically targeted toward rising and current third-grade Black American students who are reading below their current grade level. National public school age students in 3rd grade who are reading one grade level below proficiency and who don’t close this gap by the end of 4th grade are 70% more at risk of dropping out of school, going to prison, or ending up on welfare; unfortunately, these discouraging national statistics disproportionately affect Black Americans more than any other ethnic group in America. Seemingly the Private Prison Industrial Complex starts planning prison facilities based on national 3rd-grade reading deficiency and behavior discipline reports; Black Americans comprise 13% 0f the U.S. population but makeup 38% of the U.S. prison population; 70% of all Black American prisoners enter prison illiterate.

Blackouts

We help improve social equity opportunities for Black Americans through challenging status quo jobs and economic limitations that are unjustly imposed on Black people through devising online and in-person protest/boycott campaigns that force capitalistic fairness.

Intellectual Publications

Beyond Xen, New-Collar Apprentice, and The Silence of Abortion for Brothers are all socioeconomic non-fiction independent published works of Aleziah Ellis/LWT.

Wow! The Male Perspective on a much-debated topic. This book is a must read!

It has opened my mind to a new way of thinking. Before reading this I never gave thought to what men think about abortion. I give it 5 stars because it is a quick read, and it is loaded! It enlightens, informs of relative historical truths, and even addresses the topic of race and racial inequities.

My wish is that this book is shared amongst males and females to continue a much-needed conversation. The Male Perspective on abortion should be included in every conversation!

Aleziah Ellis has been blessed to put together an (easy read) of complex realities that currently rotates in our world, our country, our communities and our living social circles. If (we) are missing the moving parts around us - that surely is affecting/effecting us (directly or indirectly), this is the book that not only enlightens us on the causes/effects of key premeditated actions, but intuitively offers solutions before the aftermath. This is the 101 level prepared to inform US how (humanity) got to NOW and how we get Beyond Xen! We are all complicit - if not blindly compliant! Read. Know. Do.

- Mike

This book is full of insight and objectivity. It will make you think, ask questions and reevaluate life and interactions with people. It is a timely read for the current state of affairs in the world. I must have in every reader's library.
